By engaging with ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION for website design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services:
ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION offers website design and development services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. The specific details of the services, including timelines, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the design and development process. Failure to provide necessary information may result in project delays. Clients also agree to cooperate with ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION during the project and adhere to agreed-upon timelines
4. Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or proposal. ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding payments
5. Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final website design and development. Any materials provided by the client for the project are assumed to be owned by the client or used with proper permission.
6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and project details.
7. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any work completed up to that point
8. Limitation of Liability:
ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai
10. Modifications:
ECR14 OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATIONreserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
